3D Networking appreciates your support for our products. As with any shopping experience, terms and conditions need to be applied to transactions at 3D Networking. Please note by ordering at 3D Networking or/and applying for a refund, you agree with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

We offer a free Sample Symbols Pack for our potential customers to download directly from our website and to make an informed and satisfied purchase decision for our rest of the products. Sample Symbols/icons pack is the same quality as our other symbols and templates with ground shadow and other visual effects.

General Refundable Circumstances

  • Purchased of a wrong product but you then placed the correct order from 3D Networking website.
  • Purchase of the same product twice.
  • Customer does not get a timely response (within 24 hours) from the 3D Networking Support Team after making contact.
  • Purchased one of our subscriptions plans as well as an individual product or multiple products which already covered in subscription plan.

General Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • After successful payment download link is given immediately. In this case refund will not be issued.
  • Fail to check the product thoroughly on the website and did not use a free sample symbols pack before purchasing the desired product thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product’s function or results. Therefore, it is highly recommended that customers check enlarged images and try our free sample symbols set before making the final satisfied purchase decision.
  • Products fail to meet customers’ needs due to a lack of understanding by the customer, of the products’ functions and capabilities.
  • Any refund requests regarding a complaint of credit card fraud, or other unauthorized payments. 3D Networking recommends the customer contact the card issuer if there is any suspicion of fraud or unauthorized payment. As 3D Networking cooperates with an independent payment platform, it’s impossible to monitor all authorizations for every payment.

How to Apply for a Refund?

To apply for a refund, please email support@3d-networking.com with the following information:

  • your name
  • product name
  • order reference No.
  • the specific reason for the refund

Once we’ve approved your refund request, we’ll process your issue, which may take several business days.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit or with debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Depending on your bank situation, refunds may take 10 to 12 business days to be credited. Please contact the card-issuing bank for more information about when the credit will be posted to your account. Once a refund has been issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated.
